Honoring the land
Our farm uses organic practices with permaculture design. We grow that which thrives on the land; sourcing exotics and ingredients beyond our capacity from suppliers who share our values. We are on traditional S’Klallam land in Sequim, Washington, near the Dungeness River which directly nourishes our gardens through the irrigation channel and our food-grade well.
Honoring people
We support small business, choosing local sourcing as much as possible & building collaborations. To the best of our capacity, we practice transparency in our process, using data-derived costing which includes advocacy funds to remediate the wrongs of trade and care for staff.
